Terms of Service

01 The Service

PoseMax is a camera app that overlays pose guides while you take photos. Signed-in users can store photos in a cloud gallery, share selected photos publicly, and export photos to their device.

02 Accounts

• You sign in with your email address using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

03 Your Content

• You keep ownership of the photos you take and upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Photos are private by default. A photo becomes publicly visible only after you explicitly agree to the consent prompt.
• By making a photo public, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that photo within the Service for as long as it remains public. You can withdraw this at any time by making the photo private again or deleting it.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and share. Only upload photos you have the right to share, including the consent of any identifiable people in them.

04 Community Guidelines

The Community feed is a shared space. Public photos must follow these rules. Do not post content that:

1. Contains nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material;
2. Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
3. Harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans any person or group;
4. Contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
5. Includes other people who have not consented to appear, or any private personal information (yours or anyone else's);
6. Depicts minors in any inappropriate context;
7. Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
8. Is spam, deceptive, or impersonates another person or brand.

Enforcement

We review public photos and may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove a photo from the Community feed;
• Permanently delete a photo and its stored files from our systems when it violates these rules;
• Suspend or terminate the account of a repeat or serious violator.

05 Subscriptions and Purchases

• PoseMax offers an optional Pro subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your app-store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies.
• The free plan stores your most recent photos only (currently the last 20); older photos are deleted automatically. Free exports include a small “Captured with PoseMax” watermark.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping the Service, or using it to violate any law.

07 Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your photos at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3 (license, while photos remain public), 8, and 9 survive termination.

08 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09 General

• We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
