Privacy Policy
What we collect & why.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
01 Data We Collect
Account data
Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to identify your account.
Photos
Photos you take and save are uploaded to and stored in your private cloud gallery. A photo is visible to others only if you explicitly make it public after agreeing to the consent prompt. We record the time you gave that consent.
Profile data
Optional settings you provide in the app, such as interests and preferences.
Subscription data
Your subscription status (free or Pro) and purchase events, processed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Technical data
Basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service, such as request timestamps and error information. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Camera access
The camera is used only to show pose guides and take photos. Camera frames are not recorded or uploaded except for photos you deliberately capture. Saving to your device's photo library happens only when you explicitly export.
02 How We Use Your Data
- Provide the Service: sign-in, cloud gallery, public sharing, exports.
- Operate the Community feed: photos you made public are shown to other users; we review public photos for compliance with our Community Guidelines.
- Manage subscriptions and entitlements.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug problems.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the Service safe and functional.
03 Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service:
- Cloud storage provider — stores your photos.
- RevenueCat — processes subscription status.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — process payments.
- Email delivery provider — sends your one-time sign-in codes.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.
04 Retention & Deletion
- Photos stay in your gallery until you delete them. Deleting a photo removes the stored image files from our systems.
- On the free plan, only your most recent photos are kept (currently the last 20); older photos are deleted automatically.
- Public photos that violate our Community Guidelines may be removed from the feed or permanently deleted.
To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@dejuma.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
05 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. In the app you can delete photos, make public photos private, and update your profile at any time. For anything else, contact us at support@dejuma.com.
06 Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
07 Security
Photos are stored in private storage and served through short-lived signed URLs. Access to your gallery requires your signed-in session. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.
08 Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
